"Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" is a national initiative launched by the Government of India to encourage citizens to plant a tree in honor of their mothers- turning emotional connection into climate commitment. The movement taps into personal sentiment and transforms it into collective action for a greener, healthier future.
Aligned with this national vision, Honda India Foundation (HIF) on 2nd Aug’25 joined hands with HSIIDC to implement tree plantation drives across Haryana. The objective is to contribute to expanding green cover, improving local environmental conditions, and mobilizing communities toward climate action under a government-led campaign.

The plantation drive under Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam was conducted at IMT Manesar in collaboration with HSIIDC and supported by the Haryana State Pollution Control Board.
