Patient Name Sanjana Devi age 68 years, patient ID 31/23-23 resident of Ujolli Village (Mobile No:-9468862822) is initially suffering from high fever, she cannot able to approach MHV due to weakness treated by a hospital but she gets regular home visit and medicine for BP and sugar.
Sanjana Devi learnt that she is suffering from High blood pressure and diabetes and Asthma too at later stage. She is dependent on his sons. She has been coming to the MHU for the treatment ever since the facility began in the village. Sanjana Devi who was not aware of his medical conditions.
She has been sensitized by the TapukaraMHU staff as how to manage the multiple disorders she is suffering from. But the biggest relief is the free medicines and regular health checkup at her home being provided by TapukaraMHU.
