Under the umbrella of Project Pragati, Honda India Foundation (HIF) launched the Career Progression Program to provide advanced, employment-linked training for General Duty Assistants (GDAs) who have already completed their foundational GDA certification through HIF.
Introduced in partnership with Amrita Hospital, Faridabad and implemented by KEDMAN SkillEd India Foundation, this initiative supports career mobility by enabling GDAs to transition from entry-level roles to specialized technical positions in the healthcare sector.
The program reflects HIF’s commitment to building long-term, sustainable career pathways for youth from underserved backgrounds ensuring growth, stability, and professional excellence.
To empower HIF-trained GDAs by providing them with advanced technical skills, industry-recognized certification, and assured employment, transforming foundational training into a sustained and promising healthcare career pathway.
