Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Naurangpur, Manesar, Gurugram
Type: Third Party Full-time
Experience: 3–4 years preferred

Key Responsibilities: Honda India Foundation (HIF) is seeking a proactive and dedicated Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our CSR centre at Manesar. This role requires managing facilities, coordinating activities, and ensuring programs across thematic areas—such as Road Safety, Healthcare, Education, Environment, Skill Development, and Women Empowerment—run seamlessly. The ideal candidate will balance operational efficiency with active community engagement.

  • Centre Administration & Upkeep
    - Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the HSVK center premises.
    - Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff for smooth daily operations.
    - Maintain asset inventory and ensure timely repair of infrastructure ansd equipment.

  • Daily Operations Support
    - Assist in managing the daily schedule of classes, health services, and community activities.

  • Record Keeping & Documentation
    - Maintain attendance registers for staff, trainers, and beneficiaries.
    - Assist in collecting and compiling data for internal reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
    - Manage visitor logs, feedback forms, and other documentation as per CSR protocols.
  • Coordination & Communication
    - Liaise with trainers, NGO partners, support staff, and local vendors.
    - Support during visits from senior management, government officials, or Japanese delegations.
  • Community Interface
    - Welcome and guide walk-in beneficiaries and visitors.
    - Share information about ongoing programs and timings with local communities.
  • Logistics & Procurement Support
    - Assist in procurement of basic supplies and maintain petty cash records.
    - Coordinate for transportation of materials or guests if required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduates/ Postgraduates in any stream
  • Experience: 3–4 years in administration / Facility management role (CSR, NGO, School, or Community Centre background preferred)
  • Skills: Good organizational and multitasking skills, basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel), Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Language: Fluency in Hindi (basic English required)

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working with NGOs, foundations, or CSR teams in a corporate setup.
  • Understanding of CSR compliance under Section 135 of the Companies Act.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to project sites within and outside Haryana.
  • Passion for community engagement and social impact.

Location: HMSI, IMT Manesar, Gurugram

Experience: 2-3 years preferred

Honda India Foundation (HIF) is looking for a committed and dynamic Project Coordinator to join our CSR team at Manesar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring social development projects under various thematic areas such as Road Safety, Healthcare, Education, Environment, Skill Development, and Women Empowerment. Experience in road safety programs or the development sector, will be highly valued. The role involves end-to-end project management, stakeholder coordination, field visits, and reporting, ensuring alignment with HIF’s vision of driving meaningful and sustainable change at the grassroots level.

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects across multiple domains in coordination with implementation partners, community members, and government bodies.
  • Conduct regular field visits to track on-ground progress and ensure effective implementation of initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including proposals, budgets, timelines, reports, and case studies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for project evaluation, audits, and reviews.
  • Assist in conceptualizing and launching new initiatives based on community needs and strategic CSR objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with CSR guidelines and regulatory frameworks while maintaining project transparency and accountability.
  • Facilitate community mobilization activities, stakeholder meetings, and event coordination when required.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Graduates/ Postgraduates in any stream (preferred: BSW / MSW)
  • 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Skills: Good organizational and multitasking skills, basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel), Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work both independently and in teams.
